We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven operations and systems leader to oversee and lead our People & Places (PPL) global HRIS, Transaction Hub, and Regional Operations across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR operations, including transactional services, HRIS, and regional service delivery
- Proven ability to lead global or regional teams in fast-paced, complex environments
- Strong understanding of systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, with experience in HR technology optimization
