Director, Quality Project Portfolio Coordinator

The Director, Quality Project Portfolio Coordinator will drive the strategic execution and oversight of the GxP Continuous Improvement (CI) / Operational Excellence (OE) project portfolio for Global Quality department, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities quality objectives, and quality processes operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in GxP pharma or biotech or highly regulated industry
• 5+ years’ experience in Project Portfolio Management, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar project portfolios
• Ability to align project portfolios with business strategy and quality initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong expertise with portfolio management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, ServiceNow).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
• Understanding of the following methodologies: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile, or other Continuous Improvement frameworks.
• Experience in digital transformation, process automation, or operational scale-ups is a plus.
• Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries is a plus.
