The Director Systems Support & Programs position is a leadership role responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and driving organizational success through advanced planning and execution. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our PulsePoint locations and will work a hybrid model (remote and office).
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 9 years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and negotiation skills, with advanced strategic planning and organizational skills strongly preferred.
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Agile experience required for fostering adaptive and collaborative team environments preferred.
- Proficiency in JIRA and ServiceNow (SNOW) preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of testing processes and requirements is necessary preferred.
- Proven ability to build partnerships with IT and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement preferred.
- FEP knowledge preferred.
