Engineer, Application Development and Maintenance - ServiceNow Data

Engineer, IT Infrastructure and System Administration responsible for overseeing ServiceNow Data, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery processes. Pivotal role in the Application Development & Maintenance team, with a focus on operational tasks, data integrity, management practices, and system enhancements.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience with at least 4 years hands on experience in CMDB and Discovery
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience in related field
• Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodology with excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
• Advanced understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, data modeling, and ITSM processes
• Experience with scripting and automation in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Unix shell scripting, Windows scripting, PowerShell, Perl, Python)
• Integration Skills: Proficient with service graph connectors & various data sources
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate actionable insights from data
