Enterprise Architect ServiceNow (f/m/div.) (Salary: ~117.000 EUR p.a.*)

We are Bosch Digital, a company that shapes the digital future of Bosch together with our business divisions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to oversee the technical design of our ServiceNow portfolio.

Requirements

• completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a comparable course of study
• multiple years of overall IT experience and knowledge of ServiceNow implementation and architecture
• deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM) and their applications
• strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other systems (e.g. Salesforce) and other ServiceNow instances
• proven experience in leading architectural topics within ServiceNow implementation projects from inception to completion and experience in using several architecture frameworks
• strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
• proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript) and extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• strong organizational and time management skills, as well as analytical and problem-solving abilities
• business fluent in written and spoken English and German
