Enterprise Architect ServiceNow (f/m/div.) (Salary: ~117.000 EUR p.a.*)

Bosch is looking for an Enterprise Architect ServiceNow to lead the definition and implementation of governance structures in the ServiceNow ecosystem. The role requires multiple years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architectural design on enterprise level, with a deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and their applications.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or in a comparable course of study
• Multiple years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architectural design on enterprise level
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (CSM, ITSM) and their applications
• Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with other systems
• Proven experience in leading architectural topics on enterprise level within implementation projects
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and IT service management processes
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript)
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Business fluent in written and spoken English and German
