As an Employee Relations SME, this role will lead key activities to progress your career. Responsibilities include supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, leading HR investigations, and consulting with business partners on complex employee investigations.
Requirements
- 5+ yrs of work experience with Bachelor’s degree – business, law, human resources or any other relevant function.
- Robust exposure and experience to the ER environment, or 5+ years of experience in handling ER/IR and Compliance matters in a multi-national organisation.
- Understanding and working experience of ER, Statutory/Compliance/Processes and Disciplinary Procedures.
- Area Specialization: HR, Business, or related subject matter.
- Experience working in a customer service environment. HR and/or employee relations experience preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills/
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided.
- Customer service-based mindset and focus on getting things done.
- High level of personal resilience; ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to structure your daily work.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Able to apply judgement when solving complex, personal matters.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
