ERP Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an ERP Technical Recruiter to join our team at Black Diamond Networks. The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow. The role involves creatively sourcing and recruiting senior consultants/contractors, building a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates, and maintaining long-term relationships with consultants.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of staffing experience within ERP, SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle SAP/E-Business Suite, Lawson, Workday, ServiceNow
• Ability to stay focused on tasks while sitting at a desk for long periods of time
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Openness to coaching and willingness to follow directions from supervisors and higher-ups
