Executive Writer - Technology GTM Storytelling

We're seeking an Executive Writer to join our Now on Now Creative team, where you'll develop and write stories for senior executives to position our digital transformation as a model for customers. You'll combine your passion for ServiceNow technology with your deep acumen of how IT organizations are run and your cross-functional collaboration skills to influence revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant work experience in executive communications, thought leadership, storytelling, or strategic content development
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• A proven track record in crafting high-impact narratives for C-level executives in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and technological advancements in the SaaS or tech industry
