Experienced Project Manager ServiceNow

Experienced Project Manager ServiceNow position at Devoteam, a tech consulting firm specializing in cloud, cybersecurity, data, and sustainability. The job involves managing ServiceNow implementation projects, understanding client needs, and estimating timeframes/effort/cost associated.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years project management experience, working with cross-functional teams, fixed price projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail, and strong customer-facing skills
• Proven experience in leading large projects including executive level status updates and cross-functional alignment
• Solid understanding of and demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Office Suite and SharePoint
• Ability to analyze problems with a flexible and creative approach, manage complex tasks and adapt to rapidly changing requirements
• Fluency in both French AND English
• Experience managing ServiceNow projects is a plus
• IT degree, or equivalent
• PMP/Prince2/Scrum Certifications preferred
