Deloitte is seeking an Experienced ServiceNow Advisor and Solution Architect to join their team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role involves providing strategic advisory for large ServiceNow clients, designing comprehensive solutions, and leading the delivery of solutions and support teams.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow or other digitalization platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end transformation projects in areas such as IT, HR, Finance, Risk, or core business operations.
- Experience with IT Project Management and have the ability to oversee complex implementations and drive successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated consulting experience or prior experience as a Platform Owner, showcasing your ability to advise and lead clients through transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with process frameworks such as Lean, TBM, ITIL or other methodologies relevant to your area of expertise.
- A strong technical background with an advanced understanding of key technical principles and best practices.
- Experience or a solid understanding of application development and software lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of technologies using client-server models and understanding of data modeling, SQL data structures, and system integrations.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, and a high proficiency in Danish or a willingness to learn the language.
