ServiceNow Architect with ITOM expertise

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with ITOM expertise to join our Danish delivery team. As a consultant, you will work with customers to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform, delivering value and solutions across Europe.

Requirements

• A background as Product Owner of Configuration Management and/or proven solutioning/development history within the ITOM suite of ServiceNow
• Experience with ServiceNow as architect, developer, backend fulfiller or equivalent
• Experience as IT Architect with IT Architecture and Service Design
• Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
• Experience with coding and scripting and/or integrations is an advantage
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
• Knowledge and experience with implementing the ITOM suite of ServiceNow
• Fluent in Danish and English
