Senior Platform Architect job summary: Work with customers to establish a technical foundation in the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. Provide architectural guidance and develop relationships with CoEI and business leaders at the customer site to understand their digital transformation vision.
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive experience as part of a professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- ServiceNow certifications in aligned workflow
