We at DXC are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with HRSD skills and experience to work with customers and colleagues to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- A background as Product Owner of HR and/or proven solutioning/development history within the HRSD suite of ServiceNow
- Experience with ServiceNow as architect, developer, backend fulfiller or equivalent
- Experience as IT Architect with IT Architecture and Service Design
- Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
- Experience with coding and scripting and/or integrations is an advantage
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
- Knowledge and experience with implementing the HRSD suite of ServiceNow
- Fluent in Danish and English
- Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
- Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
- Maturity, professionalism, and judgement; ability to excel with minimum supervision
