We at DXC are looking for a ServiceNow Architect with HRSD skills and experience to work with customers and colleagues to digitize IT and business processes in the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • A background as Product Owner of HR and/or proven solutioning/development history within the HRSD suite of ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow as architect, developer, backend fulfiller or equivalent
  • Experience as IT Architect with IT Architecture and Service Design
  • Experience with Customer Engagement, and relationships
  • Experience with coding and scripting and/or integrations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes, and the ability to translate this from demands to implementation
  • Knowledge and experience with implementing the HRSD suite of ServiceNow
  • Fluent in Danish and English
  • Must be willing to travel and work at customer sites, as well as working from home and at the office
  • Ownership, accountability, and attention to detail in all work efforts
  • Maturity, professionalism, and judgement; ability to excel with minimum supervision
