We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and CMDB/CSDM and ITOM processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles, ITSM processes, and IT operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven team player
- Fluent in English and preferably French as well
