Expert Enterprise Service Management Projects is responsible for leading the in-house development of applications and utilities to support fast-changing business needs, and also supports automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience of Cloud-based & On-Prem ITSM, ITAM & Digital Workflow platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian
- Understanding of the SDLC process and experience of leading Software Development projects
- In-depth understanding of REST / SOAP APIs and creation of APIs
