Expert Programs Delivery Manager

The Expert Programs Delivery Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the Certified Workflow Architect program for ServiceNow. The role requires in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architect persona related to customer and industry workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow customer workflows, strong project and program management skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years managing multiple large programs/projects, in enterprise environments
• 5+ years' experience across a variety of applications within the ServiceNow platform
• 3+ years' experience directly engaged in ServiceNow CRM & industry workflow implementations
