We are looking for a support employee for the ServicePoint at our location in Cologne. The ServicePoint is IT-first-level support and advises employees on IT-related matters.
Requirements
- First professional experience in 1st level support is desirable.
- In-depth IT knowledge, especially in the use of Windows 10, and routine knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and ServiceNow.
- Strong quality consciousness, bring in your ideas, and think cross-functionally.
- Very good communication skills and high social competence.
- Motivated and work well in a team.
- High resilience and commitment and are willing to travel if necessary.
- Valid car driver's license and speak very good German and English in writing and speech.
