Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst, ServiceNow, you will participate in the evolution of business solutions, perform analyses, and contribute to software product development. You will respond to requests for evolution or corrections, ensure solution quality and security, and participate in implementation and anomaly resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in functional analysis related to the ServiceNow platform or equivalent products
• Experience in collecting business needs, experience with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban), French language knowledge necessary, Master of writing functional specifications, knowledge of business software such as ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM, etc., knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST), knowledge of ITIL service management processes, Business insight, Complexity
