As a functional analyst, you will develop complex business solutions, respond to upgrade and patch requests, and carry out analyses and software product development. You will meet the needs of members and clients, ensure solution quality and security, and help develop implementation strategy and test plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of four years of relevant functional analysis experience
- Knowledge of French
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM suite or equivalent products
- Expertise in ITIL service management processes
- Proficiency in writing functional specifications
- Mastery of various agile frameworks for projects: Scrum, Kanban
