Functional Analyst or Functional Analyst, ServiceNow

As a Functional Analyst, ServiceNow, you will actively participate in the evolution of the medium to complex business solution. You will analyze business needs, collaborate on the detailed design of the solution, and work in co-creation with business partners on the elaboration of the need and the management of product backlogs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in functional analysis related to the ServiceNow platform or other equivalent products
• Experience in collecting business needs
• Experience with Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban)
• French knowledge required
• Mastery of functional specification writing
• Knowledge of business software such as ERP, CRM, HRM, ITSM, etc.
• Knowledge of Web services (SOAP, REST)
• Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
