Functional Consultant ServiceNow - Defense and Security

Sopra Steria is looking for a ServiceNow ITSM specialized consultant to join their team and participate in strategic projects for Defense and Security clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing processes using ServiceNow modules, with a specialization on the ITSM module, and a good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in ITSM.

Requirements

• Diploma from an engineering school or equivalent university.
• 4-year experience in designing and implementing processes using one or more ServiceNow modules, with a specialization on the ITSM module.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and best practices in ITSM.
• Expertise in ServiceNow configuration and scripting tools (JavaScript, API, workflows).
• Analytical skills, a team spirit, and excellent relational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and a strong motivation to get involved in high-stakes projects.
