The Global HR Solutions Architect is responsible for developing end-to-end solutions and processes connected with HR tools, collaborating with business leaders, HR professionals, and IT teams to translate architectural design into systems, governance, and policies. The role involves managing changes from an end-to-end perspective, including impact assessment on processes, ways of working, and Philips integrated landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in HR with expertise in prime platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, ADP payroll, and Cornerstone on demand
• Technical skills enabling to analyze and discuss solutions in the designing process
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience building and implementing HR solutions vision, journey, and roadmap
