As a Service Manager at Truston, you will be responsible for delivering, setting up, monitoring, and managing the service provision of Truston to its customers in the pension market.
Requirements
- Experience in a Managed Services and/or a management organization
- Knowledge and practical experience with ITIL processes
- Experience with ITSM applications, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience with audit processes and demonstrating existence and operation
- Experience in managing customer expectations
- Experience in effectively de-escalating situations
- Experience in improving processes
