Requirements

• Years of experience in leading large, global IT teams, offering clear direction and fostering professional development, while effectively addressing complex challenges in a multicultural environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a strong team-oriented mindset and a balanced mix of business process and IT knowledge, dedicated to meeting both financial and qualitative goals
• Proficient in using project management tools and agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow and Jira; holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
