Help Desk Analyst responsible for providing technical assistance and problem resolution for internal customers. Supports multiple client operating systems and platforms, and logs and responds to ServiceNow incidents. Works effectively with other IT teams, Corporate departments, and business units to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher
  • 3-5 years of technical support experience
  • Intermediate to advanced computer troubleshooting with PC and Mac hardware and software
  • Intermediate skills in Active Directory and Exchange account administration
  • Knowledge of mobile device technology and synchronization with Office 365
  • Knowledge of home network technologies
  • Service desk concepts and toolsets including ITIL, knowledge management, and ServiceNow
