Requirements
- Ticketing Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
- Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS
- Activity Management: Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
- Active Directory: User management (reset password, creation and management of groups)
- Office 365: Installation, troubleshooting, and management of the tenant
- Networking: Basic skills and network troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of main network protocols
- MDM: Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
- Software Troubleshooting
