Requirements

  • Ticketing Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP
  • Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows and iOS
  • Activity Management: Planning and managing activities according to priorities and SLA
  • Active Directory: User management (reset password, creation and management of groups)
  • Office 365: Installation, troubleshooting, and management of the tenant
  • Networking: Basic skills and network troubleshooting capabilities, knowledge of main network protocols
  • MDM: Use of Mobile Device Management consoles
  • Software Troubleshooting
