The role of HR Cloud Advisory Consultant involves guiding clients through HR Transformation, leveraging HR technology to create an impact on business outcomes. The consultant will be part of a team focusing on HCM innovation and NextGen HR Hire to Retire in pursuit of enabling world-class workforce operations and experiences.
Requirements
- Develop and implement NextGen HR & HR Digital Strategies for global clients
- End to End delivery of HR & HR IT Transformation E2E projects (Oracle HCM / SAP SuccessFactors / Workday / Service Now HRSD)
- HR Product- and HR Cloud Module based knowledge in areas such as Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Recruiting & Onboarding, Learning Management, Job Architecture Design & Skills Management, People Analytics, Time & Attendance, Total Rewards & Payroll etc.
- HR IT Landscape Design; HR Cloud Vendor Selection; HR Cloud Readiness Assessment; HR Cloud Operations & Support Model Design
- Deliver HR TOM and experience-driven HR Process Design including AI Accelerators as part of our HR Cloud implementations (AI in HR Strategy & Use Case Design)
- Provide HR Cloud-based Workforce Transformation Advisory from Talent Marketplace solutioning via skill-based organization towards Learning Agility, Upskilling and Reskilling initiatives.
- Facilitate HR workshops and craft insightful presentations, providing actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to practice development and pre-sales activities to further develop our service offerings, proposals and go-to-market initiatives.
