Become part of Global HR Support Team within GEA HR Operations. Provide HR support, advice, and enablement training to employees and managers across over 50 countries worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of HR experience in HR Administration, HR Business Partnering or Talent Acquisition & Development, preferably in an international matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws & employment regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Danish or English and Dutch, additional European language such as: Spanish, Italian, Dutch, preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across geographies.
  • Solution-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with HRIS software, preferably Workday and ServiceNow.
