HR Operations Specialist - Offboarding

The HR Operations Specialist - Offboarding will partner with Local/Regional HR Business Partners and HR Ops colleagues to support the overall HR objectives & initiatives, specifically focusing on offboarding processes. The role will involve process resignations, ensure preparation of HR offboarding documents, liaise with external organizations, and maintain HR data and actions.

Requirements

• Previous relevant experiences in HR administration
• Bulgarian labor legislation and Social Security knowledge would be considered an advantage
• Very good verbal and written English skills
• Good MS Office package knowledge (stress on Excel)
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Eye for details
• Exceptional customers focus and service orientation
