The HR Systems Lead Analyst, ServiceNow will act as a technical expert for HR and business system users, focusing on HR ServiceNow functionality, and be responsible for recommending business process, reporting, and system changes to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Information Systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow (HR ServiceNow module or related).
- Experience in business process mapping, executing test scripts, and documenting complex processes in a clear and understandable format.
- Advanced English level (B2+)
