As a Senior Lead Analyst, ServiceNow, you will work to understand business needs and provide guidance on system design activities for HR functions with a focus on HR Service Delivery. You will consult with business and functional leaders to improve service delivery and drive consensus on technology solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Technology
- 6+ years’ experience in an HRIS, functional systems
- Experience with ServiceNow configurations including HR Service Delivery
- Prior system implementation or post-implementation project experience
- Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate, and recommend changes to business processes/reports
- Experience working in an enterprise technology environment: HRIS enterprise infrastructure
- English level: B2+
