We are seeking an HRBP Director to lead the development and delivery of business unit people plans and contribute to the scoping of key business initiatives. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, direct client support, and management coaching, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Experience in direct client support and management coaching experience as well as team development/management

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including problem solving, collaboration and relationship building
