As a HRIS Analyst at Achieve, you'll work closely with HR business partners, Recruiting, Total Rewards, and IT Teams to administer, maintain, and optimize HR systems. You'll be a subject matter expert for HR modules and manage, update, and maintain HR data.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of related experience in HRIS Administration (preferably ADP WorkforceNow and/or ADP Talent Management platforms)
- Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel and reporting tools (ADP, Tableau)
- Understanding of HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience working on tickets and resolution documentation. Preferably using ServiceNow
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, HR, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness and well organized
- Strong time management skills and an ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment, both in-person and virtually, as well as independently with minimal supervision
- Must have strong follow-through skills, keen attention to details and an ability to be the driving force behind the completion of multiple projects
