CLS is seeking a Identity Access Management Operations Contractor with minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management and 3 to 5 years’ hands-on SailPoint experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management
- 3 to 5 years’ hands-on SailPoint experience
- Development background
- Technical experience with supporting existing and creating from scratch JML custom workflows for SailPoint IIQ automation
- Peer review code from other developers in the team
- Flexibility to work past 17:00 when required to support US shift staff
- Flexibility to work Saturdays to support/implement planned changes
- Expert in Beanshell and Java
- Will be able to create from scratch rules, customized workflows at CLS
- Will be able to build, configure and migrate the SailPoint IIQ product
- Will be able to meet all milestones in time
- Will be able to work effectively with and lead a small team
- Provide team training on advanced topics where necessary providing clear documentation
- Manage people and conversing with stakeholders
- Provided operational support to live solutions
- The customer point of contact for any SailPoint issues
- Troubleshooting issues
- P1 & P2 issues
- New application onboarding (disconnected with automated daily aggregations where connected or API integrations are not possible)
- For project work, working to stakeholder agreed timelines using RAG indictors
- SailPoint Clean-ups
- Change / Release Management within enterprise environments
- Mature understanding of SailPoint connector framework including OOTB connector and custom connector development based on the framework
- Good experience with: AD connector, ServiceNow connector, Webservices connector
- Good understanding of onboarding SASS applications and challenges
- Have experience with scripting
- Security and risk mindset
- Perform root cause analysis and post-mortem on escalations related to access management topics
- Raise issues in ServiceNow where required
- Experience with (MSSQL, MySQL)
- Certification campaigns
- Good understanding of IAM governance and best practices in accordance with company security policy
- Converse with Audit
- Converse with Stakeholders
- Represent IAM team in meetings
- Reporting from SailPoint IIQ
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Team player
- Good documenter
- Good communicator with and an excellent level of English level (spoken and written)
- Disaster Recovery experience
