- 5 – 8 Yrs of experience in development and customization of ServiceNow solutions
- Hands-on experience in implementation of 1-3 IRM/GRC projects
- Hands-on experience in defining Flows, workflows, business rules, script includes, client scripts, script action, reports, dashboards, ACL
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written
