Job description

We are looking for an Industry Architect, Customer and Industry Workflows - Financial Services & Insurance to join our team. The successful candidate will engage with senior VP+ stakeholders to understand their short-term and long-term goals and challenges, providing expert advice on how ServiceNow can optimize their operations. The role involves designing and architecting end-to-end solutions using ServiceNow Industry products, analyzing current states and identifying new options for improving ways of working, and driving the adoption of Industry Best Practices across ServiceNow products.
