Infrastructure Manager - Santa Clara, CA

The Infrastructure Manager will oversee all people, processes, and tools required to deliver Infrastructure Services. They will be responsible for strategy, goals, and metrics for delivery areas, and will work with the account team to pursue new revenue opportunities. The role requires 10 years of management experience in an IT environment supporting at least 1,000 users.

Requirements

• 10 years experience of overall responsibility for Infrastructure Services (Data Center, Network and Cloud), managing and overseeing all people, processes and tools required to deliver all services both remotely and onsite in these areas.
• Minimum 5 years Cisco networking experience especially critical is ACI, SDA and newer Firepower firewall expertise operating in a top tier sports stadium support not only sports but other events such as concerts and other major public events.
• Minimum 5 years networking experience using tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure and SolarWinds NPM/IPAM
• Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Always On VPN
• Minimum 3 years experience in the following Azure technologies: VNET, Express Route, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Entra ID, Azure Migrations
• Minimum 3 years experience in the following AWS Technologies: AWS VPC, EC2, ELB, S3, IAM, CloudTail
• Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle Cloud (OCI)
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow Automation offerings and ability to relate those services to our customers
• 3 to 5 years vendor management experience building Bill of Materials (BOM), obtaining quotes form suppliers, reviewing the quotes and presenting to the customer with recommendations.
• 3 to 5 years experience in reading, red lining and updating architectural drawings/blue prints as well as experience in new building and remodels with regard to IT requirements (fibre, network, VoIP, Wireless (WAP), UPS, etc.)
• Experience with Public Sector and Local Municipalities is expected
• Experience with Public Cloud Dev Ops.
