DecisionPoint is seeking an experienced Computer Support Administrator to join our team! This position is onsite at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Requirements
- Provide Tier 1 support for networks such as the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS)
- Clearance Required: TS/SCI
- Degree and Years of Experience: Two (2) or more years’ experience related to Computer Support Technician (CST) support on similar networks to NIPRNet, SIPRNet, and JWICS
- Required Certifications: Security+, CND or GICSP
- Required Skills: Experience installing, relocating, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, laptops, thin clients, and printers
- Must be responsive and able to interact with the users - experience in a customer-facing role and excellent customer service skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to perform with little to no supervision
- Experience monitoring and responding to internal support requests submitted to ticketing system and escalate irresolvable issues to appropriate department for resolution
- Preferred Skills/ Qualifications: Experience working on Department of Defense (DoD) networks - USAF Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC)
- Experience using the Remedy & ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Experience in tracing lines
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Active Directory object creation, deletion, and attributes.
- Experience with administrative tasks in support of asset management such as notification of equipment location changes to the Equipment Custodian
