Sr IT Technician, IT Technician IV

We are seeking a Sr IT Technician, IT Technician IV to join our team supporting the Development Finance Corporation CFESS IT Operations in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will provide senior systems administrators and support to all incident escalation tickets, manage virtual servers, physical servers, enterprise storage, and network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Masters/Ph.D. in a relevant field and 10+ years relevant Experience or Bachelor's in a relevant field and 12+ years relevant experience or 14+ relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in providing patching and vulnerability management and other security services for cloud hosted services
• Experienced in Systems Administration of a complex network (Nutanix SAN, HP NAS)
• Strong working knowledge of Azure, Intune, Okta, & Linux
• Proficient at PowerShell scripting
• Experienced in utilizing ServiceNow ITSM tool to track and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes
• Experienced in providing Active Directory Support, account management, GPO management
• Familiar with Azure Active Directory
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must successfully obtain a Public Trust
