The Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, providing technical support and guidance on network design issues, and leading and coordinating the maintenance of complex network hardware and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or years of experience in networks
- Cisco Systems
- Switching (switching layer 2 and 3)
- Routing
- Firepower Firewalls
- Ise
- Prime
- Wireless
- TCP/UDP IP Protocol
- Knowledge of industrial networking an asset
- Knowledge of DMZ
- ServiceNow
- Change management
- Problem management
- Good network performance modeling or benchmarking skills
- Skilled in time, priority and task management
- Bilingualism: English and French
- Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and support personnel
