Installation Delivery Executive - 12 month FTC

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working, with a salary of up to £39,000, a performance-related bonus, and a range of benefits. The Installation Delivery Executive will ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs by proactively coordinating all aspects of the installation process.

Requirements

• Strong service delivery experience, excellent coordination and administration skills, and the ability to build strong working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Experience in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities
• A self-starter, resourceful and confident in managing tasks
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
