Installation Delivery Executive - 12 month FTC

Join CityFibre as an Installation Delivery Executive and play a key role in delivering high-quality service delivery and seamless service management for ISPs. You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation process, managing expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Strong service delivery experience
• Excellent coordination and administration skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach
• Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Experience in Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities
• A self-starter, resourceful and confident in managing tasks
• Strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
