The IT Asset and Configuration Management Analyst III is a resource who delivers daily end-to-end Configuration Management services to the organization, focusing on prioritized tasks and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management module, CMDB (Configuration Management Database), ServiceNow Discovery, reporting, CI relationships, CI classification and identification
- Knowledge of IT Asset and Configuration Management practices and ITSM (IT Service Management)
- Knowledge of discovery, scan, and scripts processes to update CMDB
- Intermediate to high level skills on ITIL processes
- Good Analytical skills, data management and manipulation
- Very familiar with Information Technology jargon
- Project management or project coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, information technology or related field
- Strong communication skills in English
