We are seeking an IT Hardware/Software Asset Manager to shape our End User Computer and Infrastructure asset management process. The position is a highly visible role and a key member of the ISS STOXX Information Technology team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years experience in HW/SW asset management and vendor management, in a leadership/manager capacity
- ITIL Certification
- Experience in using ServiceNow, Asset Sonar or Lansweeper as asset management tools
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and conceptual skills
- Positive attitude and experience with motivating a team
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility, including flexibility in working hours to support employees and customers across multiple time zones.
