We are looking for an experienced PMO & IT Organisational Change Coordinator to join a strategic transformation project impacting 18 countries and over 100 entities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PMO, IT change management, or similar roles
- Professional fluency in English
- Knowledge of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, and ServiceNow
- Structured and methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multi-entity organisational changes
- Strong skills in stakeholder coordination, communication, and analysis
