Junior QA Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Junior QA Engineer and contribute to the quality and reliability of our SaaS and PaaS solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality assurance and eager to start their QA testing career. The successful candidate will work closely with our UK-based Jules Operations Team and our EBASE development team, contributing to manual and automated testing, test data preparation, and documentation.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of Java
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
• Experience with or exposure to IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• A strong willingness to learn and grow, especially in test automation and new technologies
