We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role involves manual and automated testing, functional testing, and business requirements analysis. You will work closely with our UK-based Jules Operations Team and EBASE development team.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken
- Experience with or exposure to IT service management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
- A strong willingness to learn and grow, especially in test automation and new technologies
