What will be your challenge?

You will be an active part of the growth of our Financial Services practice, we are able to anticipate the continuous evolution of the Fintech world, putting our skills at the disposal of the main banks, insurance companies and Payment Service Providers present on the market. We support financial services in the renewal and technological development, in the field of Open Innovation, Data Economy and Omnicanality, acting on the levers of P&L value initiatives and Enterprise Value/Share Value.

You will be involved in projects aimed at the evolution of processes and tools in support of the company's business, such as:

• Process design;
• Selection of technological solutions;
• Analysis of processes and IT Governance;
• Governance of implementations;
• Support to the test phases.

PROJECT MANAGER IT - BANKING

You will be the one to enter our Team?

You have experience between 2 and 6 years in leading companies of management consulting or in modernized companies in the banking sector;

You have experience and knowledge of banking processes;

You have experience as a Project Manager on IT-oriented projects (e.g. incident management, change management, release management, etc.);

You have experience in planning, monitoring and executing the different project phases, as well as managing and preparing the progress states (SAL), issue log, change log;

You have experience as a focal point towards IT structures and other project stakeholders (Client, External Suppliers, Business, Users);

You have experience in managing projects related to the development of SW applications in various banking areas (e.g. payments, credits, etc.);

You have experience in analyzing and resolving functional and technical problems;

Excellent knowledge of the English language;

Knowledge of the main applications in use (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, etc...) and familiarity with the technical/informatic glossary;

Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word);

You have excellent relational and communication skills, proactivity, flexibility, a good ability to adapt to dynamic and complex contexts and a methodological approach to work.

Plus the achievement of one of the following certifications: PMI, PRINCE2, ITIL.
