Requirements
- Collaborate with various customers to elicit, understand, and capture requirements for ServiceNow technology solutions.
- Identify and clarify the needs of the requestor or requesting group and translate them into ServiceNow solution requirements.
- Document, communicate, and manage, solution requirements that meet the requestor’s needs.
- Gather information using a variety of analysis techniques – such as workshops, interviewing, documentation analysis, etc.
- Model solution requirements in a variety of ways – using such methods as written text, process diagrams, decision tables, or other models.
- Ensure that all solution stakeholders have a clear and consistent understanding of the solution that is to be built, via effective use of meetings and communications.
- Support change management of the requirement and solution details during the solution life cycle
- Perform functional testing of simple solutions.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests effectively and efficiently.
- Support for our Developers during the build phase of the solution development.
- Support for our QA during any functional testing activity that they are performing.
- Support for the implementation activities needed to release the solution into our Production environment.
- Collaborate with geographically and culturally diverse cross-functional teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
