IT Engineer II will help end-users resolve issues with GKN Technology, troubleshoot and diagnose problems, and identify solutions with IT equipment and applications. They will also deliver agreed changes to local IT configuration, aligning to Global Standards while following GKN IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in IT support from 1st line queries to more complex project change.
- Demonstrable experience in supporting software and hardware issues.
- Proven experience in managing workload via a ticketing system e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent
